Your abs will be burning!These SUCK. I mean, I love them, but they suck. You know what I mean?

The BAD news here is that while these look cool they are NOT working abs, but instead the hip flexors. If you don’t know the difference good luck with your low back!
IF the hips AND shoulders came off the bench he’d almost have something, Alas they don’t. This is one of those back damaging exercises you should NOT do.
But you will, cuz’ “it looks cool”, and well, you don’t think.
