Intermittent Fasting

My favorite quote:

In brief, life is too short to worry about minutiae that are most always a waste of time and mental energy.

I truly have hope that we will realize eating is not that damn difficult.

My attitude is simple:  buy highest quality foods “close to the source” (little to NO processing), prepare it in a healthy fashion (deep fried is not healthy) and, finally, eat when you NEED to (real hunger vs. “social” hunger or boredom).
