An article “Our 6 worst fitness habits”1- Bad form2- Over-training3- Under-training4- Daydreaming5- Staying with a few exercises you know6- Holding your breath I think bad form is the worst, but under-training is the most frustrating: seeing people at the gym who just “go through the motion” and do the bare minimum. What do you think?
